Frequently Asked Questions

  • What kind of menu can I expect at TERO?
    At TERO, we offer an unconventional omakase experience, meaning that there is no fixed menu. Instead, our guests are treated to a unique culinary journey where each dish is prepared by Chef Reif and his team. Our approach to the menu is based on a monthly theme that depends on seasonal produce, the finest ingredients available or a fusion of cuisines. Guests can choose between an 8-course menu priced at AED888 per person or a 12-course menu priced at AED1,212 per person. The complete menu will be unveiled only at the time you dine at TERO.
  • Do you cater for dietary requirements?
    Due to the nature of the experience and to fully appreciate the bespoke dishes, we are not be able to cater to any dietary requirements. It's important to note that our culinary creations may contain and are prepared in an environment where they could come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts (tree nuts and peanuts), fish, shellfish, or soybeans.
  • What are your hours?
    We have two dinner seatings per evening, 6:00 PM and 9:30 PM, from Wednesday to Saturday. Please note that your dining experience is designed for a duration of 3 hours from the time of your reservation. To ensure that all our guests can fully enjoy the intimate and limited-seating experience at TERO, we kindly request your prompt arrival. Should you arrive later than the designated time, the experience TERO has to offer may be affected.
  • How do I confirm my reservation?
    After submitting your reservation request, you will be asked to provide your credit card details. Please note that we cannot confirm your reservation until our team is able to process a full, non-refundable pre-payment. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking. Bookings have to be made a minimum of 24 hours before the reservation time. We recommend making a reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.
  • What does the pre-payment include?
    Your pre-payment includes the full 8 or 12 course menu. All alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages will be charged separately at the venue.
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
    We understand plans change. We request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time of any rescheduling or cancellations. Failing which, your payment will be non-refundable. We will do our best to accommodate your request for rescheduling based on table availability. You are welcome to postpone your reservation for up to 90 days from the original booking date. After this period, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to extend the reservation, and you would need to make a new paid reservation. Please note that payments made to secure your reservation are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows.
  • What is the seating capacity of the venue?
    We serve up-to 12 guests at each seating. Increase in your party size might not be possible, due to existing reservations and seating capacity.
  • What is your dress code policy?
    Our dress code is smart casual. Kindly take note that TERO reserves the right to deny entry to anyone wearing flip flops, shorts or sportswear.
  • What is your child policy?
    We welcome children from 15 years of age. If anyone in the party is under the age of 21, please make it known at the time of booking via email at UAE regulations prohibit the consumption of alcohol by minors.
