What kind of menu can I expect at TERO?

At TERO, we offer an unconventional omakase experience where there is no fixed menu. Instead, guests embark on a carefully curated culinary journey that unfolds course by course, guided by Chef Reif and his team.

This season's theme, A Journey Through Asia, celebrates the rich diversity of Asian flavours, traditions, and techniques. Ingredients are chosen with intention and thoughtfully crafted by our chefs from across Asia, all shaped under Chef Reif's philosophy of creativity, precision, and discovery.

Guests will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu, priced at AED 388 per person.

The menu remains a surprise, revealed only as your dining experience unfolds.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

While we can accommodate small dietary requests or restrictions, not all can be catered to. Guests with dietary requirements must inform our TERO team in advance, so we can assess whether adjustments can be made while staying aligned with the menu theme. Please note that our dishes are prepared in an environment where common allergens—such as dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts (tree nuts and peanuts), fish, shellfish, and soybeans—may be present.

What are your hours?

We have four dinner seatings per evening, 6:00 PM , 8:00 PM, 10:00 PM, from Wednesday to Sunday.

Please note that your dining experience is designed for a duration of 2 hours from the time of your reservation.

To ensure that all our guests can fully enjoy the intimate and limited-seating experience at TERO, we kindly request your prompt arrival. Should you arrive later than the designated time, the experience TERO has to offer may be affected.

How do I confirm my reservation?

After submitting your reservation request, you will be asked to provide your credit card details. Please note that we cannot confirm your reservation until our team is able to process a full, non-refundable pre-payment. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

Bookings have to be made a minimum of 24 hours before the reservation time. We recommend making a reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.

What does the pre-payment include?

Your pre-payment includes the full 6-course menu. All alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages will be charged separately at the venue.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your reservation, we offer a full refund. For cancellations between 72 to 48 hours in advance, we refund 50% of the payment, inclusive of a 2.5% credit card processing fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours of the reservation time will not be refunded.

We will do our best to accommodate your request for rescheduling based on table availability. You are welcome to postpone your reservation for up to 90 days from the original booking date. After this period, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to extend the reservation, and you would need to make a new paid reservation.

Please note that payments made to secure your reservation are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

Question 7

What is the seating capacity of the venue?

We serve up-to 12 guests at each seating.

Increase in your party size might not be possible, due to existing reservations and seating capacity.

What is your dress code policy?

Our dress code is smart casual.

Kindly take note that TERO reserves the right to deny entry to anyone wearing flip flops, shorts or sportswear.

We welcome children from 15 years of age.
